I know its the 2nd pictures thread of my car in 2 days but I'm excited 
Gotta get all that dealer crud off the car,
Where they "washed" it I seen a few swirls so I decided to break out the porter cable and do a little paint correction and polish,
Steps were,
Wash with generic brand soap at 175* (water temp) I have a hot water/steam pressure washer at my disposal so I used that,
All wheels taken off and all arches washed and cleaned,
Wheels cleaned and waxed with "wheel wax"
Dried and clayed with Sonus green detail clay
Then onto paint correction,
First used a Sonus SFX 2 Pad with Meguiars #9 Swirl Remover 2.0, Seen that wasn't strong enough as BMW's seems to have hard paint,
Got a SFX 1 pad and began with Sonus SFX 1 paint restore correction polish, That seemed to work and gave a glass like finish,
then went back with the SFX 2 pad with the Megs and that helped a lot,
Then finished up with a SFX 3 finishing pad with a European polish I use called "Mer" and left to dry for 15 mins,
Buffed the polish off and finished the outside of the rims with "Wheel Wax" and polished the 4 exhaust tips with another Euro product called "Autosol"
In all I spent about 6-7 hours on it and heres the final results,
As you can see the reds much deeper, glossier and smooth as glass,
Started raining shortly after these pictures was taken and is due to rain alll week so no driving the ///M for a while
