after numerous attempts found the right materials to use and got to the desired result (didn't like so much the color palettes others went for)

correct SMDs

iron is nothing special, just bought a standard roll

We're they easy to remove? I've heard they can be difficult and potentially damage the board.

Want to do this to my e85 but was thinking of getting the guys at my work lab to do it. Maybe I'll have a go myself.

Looks loads better than the stock orange, love to see a "how to" - bet it's harder than using permanent marker pen on the instrument bulbs (my old capri back in the 80s)

not that hard, getting to the final version took a couple of iterations, but I didn't give up

no markers (for this final version ), some painting is involved still
