Having fallen in
Love with the z4 but couldn’t afford a 3 litre but came across a 2006 2 litre z4 with 68,000 miles. Travelled 4 hours in a train to look at the car. Not described accurately eg good tyres but 2 need replacing; roof works well but wouldn’t work when I was there but I could see surplus water where the infamous motor is. Knocked price down by £700 but on journey home orange engine light came on.
Need Herefordshire garage to look at. Suggestions and prayers please.

Buy a scanner for the car, Creator 410 or 310 are popular, and scan the electrics to see what is wrong. Regarding a garage, any reputable one should be able to work on the car.
