Shame there is the rule about cruel and unusual punishment, coz excruciating pain is just what he deserves.

Saying that, we can hardly comment over here, we'd buy him a PS3 and stick him in a glorified hotel for a few years, and let him out after he's serves half his sentence.... to make room for people who go too fast in their cars!
