Tomtom Itinerary help!

This is doing my head in, any help appreciated. I have added 2 itn files into the itn folder on my tomtom. They show fine on the pc but for the life of my I can't get them to show on the tomtom, it just says 'no itinerary found'. I have a Tomtom Go 520. Thanks for any help.

Have you loaded the itinerary via the 'options' section of the itinerary screen, or are you just trying to tell it to follow the loaded one (which of course isn't loaded yet).

I've solved it now thanks, the files were marked as itn files but were actually txt files so that's why they didn't show up. Thanks anyway.
