Tomorrow (Wednesday)

Day started great here in Staffs and then by 5ish we had a humungous thunderstorm and it literally went to night, lasted a good half hour or so, not a problem I'm off all week :)

Tim.

Well done OP - hope you have a great day, but I wouldn't go too far South given what happened to the game scheduled for tonight at the Emirates!

I'm on elderly parent duty tomorrow, but will use the Z4 to get there!

Certainly strange weather, I reckon the Thailand tsunami rocked our planet out of its celestial orbit & we're heading for a terminal meeting with the sun :?

Definitely. The prolonged heat in the south East makes for a great summer, but after a while it becomes annoying, especially if you work shifts like me :( it's quite difficult to sleep when it's 30+ Celsius outside

Have a great drive today guys. Think of all us poor souls stuck in work. Then try not to laugh too much, as you crest another stone bridge in the warm glow of an English September day. :driving:

A rough route planned by Mrs Marlon (travelling anti-clockwise):

Ray - erm, no the hardtop stays in the shed today :D

buzyg - we may give you a thought, honest

Thanks Fred.

Wow looks like you had a fantastic day out with Lady Marlon and the weather was great

Stuart

We also went out today, nothing as epic as your drive Marlon, but we did stop off for tea and cake or a fly piece as it's called in Scotland, some nice looking roads there.

That looks a great route and equally good pics.

Surprised that only one of your pics showed food - based on your previous write-ups I formed the opinion that a day out wasn't a day out without at least 4 meals!
