Not to sure on the new colour scheme :| Its growing on me though.
HEL New brake hoses to fit when the winter bites as I want to change brake fluid type also and I need the car on the road at present.

I'd keep the calipers silver instead of blue. Even with 4 pot big brakes I like the calipers to be stealth. Flashy paint accentuates not having big brakes and dunno about green-blue theme, looks like an oven mitt... Btw, why Green stuff if you're upgrading the brakes?

Let us know how you get on with the 325mm's - biggest difference I noticed was much less effort required to brake, fab job though not quite sure about the colour

Yeh the Blue - green not sure........ Not so noticeable when wheel is on. Spent quite a while preparing for paint so shouldnt take much effort to change back to silver.
Waiting for discs and pads to bed before pronouncing verdict on increased Braking performance

I guess the blue matches the bmw badge so looks ok to me.

Very interested to hear what you think of the upgrade - good to hear you comment that less effort is needed at the pedal - don't forget to post.

Silver calipers (and hubs) work well - though at the nationals I saw a silver coupe (Tom's I think) with orange calipers and they looked very effective.

:driving:
