Lost new house

Finally wired in the tv aerials on the windscreen. While at it, removed passenger seat, added a little sound proofing on floor, soaked up as much moisture from carpet foam backer as possible. Strangely the carpet is dry but the foam backer was soaked. No puddles, just retaining water.

Also added USB input for tv tuner. Plays all formats.

Got the rear discs / pads sorted. Fronts next. If only they didn't rust/tarnish :-(

Bought new wishbone bushings and a few bits that were broken or missing when I bought the Z

Changed both blown headlight bulbs ,on wifes gen 7 celica tsport . How can the both be blown at same time.
She as proly been driving round for ages with one gone :headbang:

Fitted an Intravee so it's nice to use an iPod in the car again. Also enabled the 3 blink indicators too!

Replaced the slipring. Now have all MFSW abilities again, but an airbag light

Gave the car a deep clean. 4 hours. My back will be sore tomorrow :lol:

Ended the day getting the airbag light reset. Got to love INPA!
(Cheers Ranski for the slip ring - I can now use the MFSW again, and have removed the piece of black tape covering the airbag light!)

Excellent - he'll never, ever wash a car incorrectly. Should be the law for all children to learn this

Nice and sunny up North - gave the car a decent clean and wax.
Spent some time on the alloys and blacked tyre walls
Then went for a run out.
First time I've had the roof down for any real distance since I bought it in October
Perfect day
