today i...

I am having a new near side rear tyre fitted. Not remarkable in itself you might think, but as its the third time I've had a nail in a nsr tyre in the last 12 months, during which time I've done about 3.5k miles, you might understand why I'm a bit peeved!! :(

Fixed my whippers done the seat mod and took all the foam out of my sound generator.

Tomorrow i will put some foam back in my sound generator. And start making some wheel spacers.

Have you offended your neighbours perhaps?

I did think that!! But why stop at one tyre if that was your motivation? :D

Plausible deniability if accused!

Also, a puncture is always annoying but especially so when it's a brand new tyre...

Are you having the tyre repaired or replaced each time? It's usually a side wall injury that renders a tyre irreparable, and this would be a relatively uncommon place for a nail to become embedded through misfortune alone.

I would have a look at the roads where commonly you drive or park that are perhaps infrequently travelled by others (such as your driveway or any parking space that is used only by you). A few discarded nails in such a place may be collected one at a time over several months in the same tyre.

Got my new pressure washer, snow foam and snow foam lance :)
Unfortunately its pissing down and blowing gale so wont be able to play with them :(
Benny88 thanks for the recommendations mate

Starting to empty the garage in preparation for the floor tiles tomorrow.

Dropped around to Original Guvnors and had a drive in his lovely ///MC, really enjoyed it, it felt a more comfortable ride that mine but we put that down to OEM vs CSL wheels :driving:  :driving:  :driving:

Cheers Guv :)

Went out to the garage and just looked at the car , still looks nice , only had it about 2 months  couldn't take it out as I am recovering from a hand operation and dare not risk it , next week maybe as I will still be on the "sick" :driving:

Filled oil, checked tyres, water, v-power,roof down, furness up and runing, seats on full .hard top I mean bobble hat and of I go.

For the first time since ive had it, my Zed went for a mot. It sailed through. Is it wrong to be proud of it?? Also had the inspection 1 done.

You're very welcome Mr S!! Enjoyed the drive in your Z4MR too! Although i did take it easy because i didn't want to trash Bing's car....am i getting ahead of myself here..?!! Interesting that your clutch felt much less sharp and easier to use than mine. 1st and 2nd gear change especially. I didn't feel the CSL's made too much difference which pleased me (just in case I buy some next year).
