Yes just unbolt the 3 nuts on each suspension turret and bolt on the strut brace, remember the strut brace nuts are have a torque setting of 35Nm, I also added thread lock to the nuts.

Met the Wife at the Stealership that we just (last week) bought the most beautiful car I/we have ever owned. {Z4C montego blu}. Only to be told that they couldn't upgrade our (my) sat nav to v32 as they didn't have the disk and it would need to be plugged in to complete the job. At least they have agreed to replace the corroded front fog lights. Just waiting for the parts??? Sorry if the etiquette isn't quite there will post some pics of our (my) baby soon.

Cheers, I'll need to call Sopers and get the longer bolts. Mine came without them (eBay special)

Enjoyed a 220km (distance!) run over the mountains and through the forest with a few 'euro' driving buddies. Of course the Z4MC had the measure of all of them ;-)
Fitted nice new plain number plates with no nasty screws or garage logos. Amazing how much nicer the car looks, to me at least 8)
Not sure I will ever get them off though given the amount of super sticky tape I used... Guess I will have to save getting private plates for that red ///M lurking in my future
