today i...

Completed Opration Auntie Ned (technically yesterday) so the Z now has a garage to live in

Today - washed and treated my hood - I'm having withdrawal symptoms as I've no indicators on the side right now and cannot drive it... Couldn't even wash it properly cos of the holes. Killing me, as the weather is GORGEOUS here today

However, when it was back in the garage I also secured my son's bike to the wall to prevent it falling over and damaging the car, and gave the engine a wipe over with a damp cloth  . I am liking this garage thing - can see me spending loads of time out there :D

today i washed my car and put its outdoor cover on it, hopefuly it will prevent my d*ck head neighbour from covering it with builders dust

Is he STILL at it ? What's he building, a multi-storey car park ???

Drove to Robin Hood's bay with intermittent top-downness :D bit chilly out on the North Yorkshire moors! Why did my car beep at me to tell me the outside temp dropped?

Because it loves you too

Seriously, the car measures air temp, but ground temp will almost always be lower at low temps - so at or below 3 degrees (which is when it beeps) there is a risk that you could start to encounter ice.
