Had a great day in Oxford driving a Lamborghini Gallardo and an Aston Martin Vantage around a track.Brilliant!

Was that at Enstone? I have taken the yellow Lambo around there a few times :driving:
Yes mate,Enstone,Chipping Norton.I took the silver one out, brilliant experience.

Today I....

Washed the car, hoovered, Gtechniq'd the roof, Gummifledge'd all seals, cleaned out the roof drains, checked tyre pressures, stood back and admired.

Today I may of got caught by a mobile speed camera, it's 50/50 was in a 40 down from a 60 i know i was going over 40 just not by how much 44, 45, 46 ? Oh well i'm sure i will find out by the end of the week.

Driving home I stopped to talk to a neighbour - his dog jumped up and now I've got a 150mm long scratch down the passenger door. :x

I doubt it, it had that tell tale white line down it.
I've polished it with resin polish and although the white line has gone, the scratch is still there.

Reckon I will have to cough up for a specialist repair fella to hide it.

The moral of the tale is don't talk to a neighbour when their dogs are with them. :x

Any chance the dog is insured? My dog was always insured against damage caused by him.

Its difficult as the dogs owner is also friend. I will have probably just got to bite the bullet and pay for a repair . :(

A lesson learned the hard way I'm afraid :(
I've polished the area and it's not too bad - but it's there so I will have to have it sorted.

...woke up screaming like a baby at 3am with cramp in my entire left calf. Can't recommend it as a great way to start the day... Have to say I was a bit nervous getting in the car a few hours later as it was still pretty tight and I had visions of it happening at 80mph on the motorway

Spent a nice afternoon with a beer cleaning my wheels , calipers , and wheel arches
