Washed and polished my Z. Decided it needs claying, surface feels gritty. Daughter goes off to Uni tomorrow so most of the day spent disorganising.

Should post this up in its own thread, as a caption competition.

"You got a Zed then mate" :D

Had a gorgeous run over and back again on the A57 snake pass this morning. :driving:

Cops were out for the bikes but despite that, 18* glorious sunshine, Ladybower reservoir looked awesome
derbyshire in all it's glory.

I really should have taken a camera.

Grumpy you should go to Glossop and turn left and go over towards Chapel then come back via Stoney Middleton then Baslow thats a top run or get to Sparrowpit and hang a left there and have a run down Winnats and back via Castleton and Hathersage

Thanks ric, yes agree that's a good run I really like going up and down winnats pass it very short but while your on it, it's like being in a different world.
Some great roads for cars and bikes in our part of the world.
I was really short on time today had an hour and half for a quick blast and it's been a while since I've been over the snake.
SWMBO hates the road so I thought I'd make her day by taking her over it twice
It was a great quick run and even now (Snake Pass ) it's 50mph it's still a great driving road

We are off to Knockhill racing circuit for a couple of hours on the track with an instructor (an hour each). Looking forward to trying the car at over 70mph

...received and installed my driver side cupholder. Now fully California cup-holdered-up :D

Need a passenger footwell passenger net and some interior LED bulbs next, and finally my car will be accessorised to the standard my last one was

It's the little things in life that make it special.

Got up at 4 for a meeting in Paris and on the way home I got to Gare du Nord station to check in for the Eurostar back to London only to find I had booked it for tomorrow instead of today :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

It was my first day back after two weeks off so sadly it was a quick dash to the ticket office for the next train... 240 euros for a one way ticket. they saw me coming!

Clearly missing the old girl. (The Car, not Bing)

She's going to have her first ever coffee on the move tomorrow. She's VERY excited :P
