AutoGlym'd my roof this afternoon and went on to wash, then polish paintwork then clean windows and onto wheels - hours later knacked. . .

I missed out on this one on the bank holiday, when I did my lollipop bushes and rear springs. Actually surprisingly straightforward and a huge feeling of satisfaction at doing it myself!

Today I got 4 new tyres, balancing and full geometry set up. I thengot a ZHP gearknob and fitted that too.

Then I came home and ordered a stubby aerial. Happy days!

dr_john, missed this, great result [/quote

Thanks Bing, thanks everyone else.

Thanks also to the NHS. Now that I'm retired there's no private health for me anymore. They wanted £1000 a month to carry on cover when I retired, and that didn't cover pre existing conditions so I would not have been covered for this latest event.

NHS have been great, if anything a little too cautious, I only have to fart and they send me off for another scan :D

Got my letter for my hospital tests!
I noted the a Doctors specialism - care of the elderly. :x
No need to rub it in is there?

Saw a Falcon in a tree..,

Well it was dull today, so after spending yesterday cleaning the Zed, I spent most of today cleaning the Little Mazda3.

Very pleased with it for a 10 year old car and I recon it would keep the MR honest, on some of the roads I enjoy around these parts.
