Wondered if we could get a thread started like this...

Just post up what you did with your Z today. Cleaned, new mod, country road blast, trackday. Whatever...

Today I took my CSL reps to get tyres fitted, but before realising 3 were actually hyper silver. :headbang:

Cheered myself up by washing the Z and fitting a stubby.

Looked at it parked in the bay and thought........needs washing.........then sat back down and watched the rugby........ 8)

Washed , hovered and a blast with the missis and stopped for lunch and all in the sunshine , perfect day .

Working today but always great to be roofless in the sunshine, got some quality driving and a great drive home, took a detour onto some of the b-roads just looking out to sea, beautiful :driving:

washed using poorboys slick and suds , all over with poorboys black hole glaze then topped off with poorboys nattys red paste wax and really pleased with the results
oh then i mowed the lawn !

Fitted my one touch and remote module courtesy of gaptech. Fitted my intravee kit and set up prefered button settings.
Went for a jolly jaunt and carried out some errands for the wife, they always seem easier in the zed. :driving:

Took 'er indoors for a drive out in the sticks. Stopped for a nice meal in a country pub. Sat and watched everyone admiring the Zed with the roof down. Then blasted back through the B roads. Then spent a couple of hours detailing.

Fitted new OSRAM H7's Nightbreakers .. 45 minutes to do the near side and skin off the knuckles then took 5 minutes on the off side.
:D lol the value of experience I suppose.

Then washed it, AG shampoo, AG fast glassed, Bilberry alloy cleaned the 108's and rinsed well, Meg's leather treatment and AG fragrance on the carpets, dried it down and stood back and admired :D God it's a sexy beast when it's washed  Quick drive down to TGI Fridays and a spot of lunch while it gleamed in the car park, parked well away from the other kids while catching a few admiring glances

Hopefully if the rain keeps off tomorrow it'll be out in the sticks maybe York way with the roof off and a stunning wife sat next to me :driving:

Happy days :D

Pete

Drove to Snetterton, watched some classic E30 BMWs racing. Met Don in his roadster, had a blast along the A11 home and watched the rugby

Nothing, but tomorrow I'm hoping to try my new pressure washer with the Foam lance I bought at Xmas, then go for a drive :driving:

........ noticed the gong and the low inflation light. :( Removed the back wheels and cleaned out the roof drain holes. :) Found a large screw in the back nearside run flat, hence the low inflation light. :headbang: Got it repaired at a local tyre fitter for £15 which made me love my car again. :D Cleaned it, poured water on the hood and watched it run out beneath instantly!!! Dressed the tyres with silicon transformer cooling fluid then drove it about far too fast with the roof down. A good and productive day. :) However, I did notice a lot of brake fade. :? Might change the fluid next weekend.
