To much attension

Don't get me wrong, I think my clio is great (172 cup) but most people have no idea what an animal it is. They just think Nicole should be driving it.[/quote]

I think the issue is the Z4 Coupe looks very distinctive and most people realise they must be a bit different - there aren't that many of them either.
Whereas most of us on here and similar sites would know you weren't driving Nicole's Clio, same as we could tell a Corsa VXR from one of those body-kitted white 1.2's, most of the general public couldn't spot the difference.
I have always avoided entry-level models (my C-class was a 280, my Leon a Cupra, my diesel 1 series a 123d) but when the entry-level Z4 Coupe has 265 bhp I decided I could live with that, and I haven't been disappointed (glad I didn't try an M though)!

Iv noticed a pattern of milfs looking at me, er, i mean my z4 ever since iv had it.
Iv had 16 cars, and the milf/stare ratio for this car is above any other.
Pretty sure they are expecting to see someone in their 40s, then surprize! just a 21 year old. hahahahhah

The good kind - every time so far at my local Shell had someone come up and say something nice about the car. Had drivers of other 'petrolhead' cars flash and wave, or do that nod and smile as they drive by.

The bad kind - it attracts the "yoof" in their hot hatches with a point to prove or egos to inflate. 5-6000rpm in 3rd and 4th soon sees to that

The disconcerting - getting admiring glances from teenage boys (faces pressed up against car windows to look etc), then remembering it's the car and not me. I am around twice their age and not suddenly a cougar

I'm not really a fan of attention, and drive the car to please myself not to attract looks, but the coupe is a real looker so no getting away with it!
