To lower : Springs only or B12 Kit

Hi all
I am about to lower my Z4 3.0 2004 model, and I have 2 possibilities :

- Choice 1 : Eibach pro Kit B12 (springs + absorbers) 950 euros
- Choice 2 : Only the springs (much less, i have not the price yet)

My garage is asking me 250 euros for the work + 100 for parallelism (whatever the choice)

So it means 1300 euros for the choice 1 .. Does it worth it, or should i better go to only change the springs? My garage tells me that the new springs on my 10 years old absorbers will kill them ..
What would you do?

If you can afford it I'd do the B12 kit as suggested. If you change the springs only you will probably need to change shocks at some stage given as you say it's a 10 year old car.
