To Eibach or not to Eibach? Advice appreciated

Hi Ben

I have just updated my springs to Eibachs and my initial thoughts are all positive. Yes its firm, but the car feels more balanced and sure going into bends. The lowered look is perfect for what I wanted as it reduces the wheel arch gap. Whatever you do, it will feel better than driving round on 2 broken springs

Many thanks Steve, I assumed the OEM links would be ok with only a 30mm drop. Austin that is also great to hear! looking forward to seeing how it sits with a subtle drop. I will update this thread with before and after pics next week once the springs have arrived.

I have the b12 kit and I do find them crashy compared to standard. The lowered look I like and the handling is so much better (but then my shocks were knackered).

That is interesting. I went from 17" runflat and a 120.000 km SE suspension to 18" non-runflat and Bilstein B12 and found that the ride was a lot better.

It's definitely better but I feel more bumps than before. Some would say more freedback. Definitely worth it though.
