TO Bra or Not to Bra

Must be a brit thing. I think they look really naff.Used to see loads of US cars fitted with bra's when we had air bases full of US servicemen in the 80's.Always thought they looked strange then , and I still think the same. If I really had to have a bra, I'd spend the dosh and get a clear one. Other than that, a good hard wax and a touch up stick. When my Z gets a bit manky at the front, I'll get the bumper re sprayed, job done.

I would just like to say to everyone who responded, I appreciate the feedback. One thing that I enjoyed was hearing from so many different people from all over. Very cool.

I also want to say that I did look into the "clear" shield or "clear bra" as I have seen it refered to around, is that I researched with several installation companies and I asked about the down side, and one that seemed popular was discoloration over time and the other was eventual cracking or (web effect). Which means that after a period of several years I would have to have it removed and reapplied at about another $1300-1400. As for me, this particular bra that I purchased i can easily remove and install with little or no effort. So I guess it all depends on each other's preference, as for me.

Again, thanks for the feedback to all and great meeting everyone here in the Forum! :driving:

Ok, that's different then!!!! I didn't realise that you guys tended to fit them for specific journeys then take them off. Us Brits don't know about these things :D . As long as it doesn't bugger up your paintwork, then I'd probably use one if I was going somewhere where I thought my "nose" would get peppered with stone chips. Still think it looks a bit silly though.
