I have a suction phone holder on the windscreen, and that's my iPhone charger lead (iPhone 4). All discreetly done and I tuck it in the vent when the phone isn't being charged.

I've setup the phone to stream music via Bluetooth as well as the phone calls so it isn't necessary to always be connected unless I'm low on power.
