I've had Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas for almost 2 years now and i've already gone through 3 rear sets and 2 fronts.. I like them a lot for the street, i think they offer great value for money but i've had a sort of autocross event a few weeks ago and i wasnt bowled over by their performance to be honest. OK they were pretty worn but there was still room for improvement.. I have thus decided that for my next set i'll change to something better.
I'm still on stock wheels and ideally i'd like to keep the tires in stock sizes. What do you guys recommend? I know Michelin makes the Pilot Sport 2 in stock size but they're getting on a bit now and they're getting increasingly expensive as stock starts to deplete! Yokohama Advan Neova AD08 exist in our sizes too but i've not been able to find them online anywhere that could ship out here. I'll look locally too and there's a chance i'll find them here in Cyprus but i just thought i'd hear your opinions on good tires for very spirited street and decent track use.
