Tire Help PLEASE

I recently found an amazing deal on some 18" wheels and tires. They were previously mounted on a 3 series BMW. The only problem I see is the tire size. I've used all the tire calculators and I know that the diameter of the rear tires will be greater then normal Z4 stock 18's, but my question is will these fit...here are the specs:

Front 225/40R18 (same as stock size)
Rear 235/45R18 (stock size is normally 245/35R18)

I drive a 2006 Z4 3.0i Roadster

Any help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks!

I don't really have an answer for you, but for others to give an answer they'd need to know if you have the sport suspension on your car as well?
I'm assuming it's likely since you put different size tires on the back if I read the post correctly.

I know for pre-facelift cars I have the sports suspension and I can fit 255/35 18's on the back (stock size for 03 w/ sports package). I've never tried to go bigger but I think a few track people have.

If the offset is 40mm which is the offset for 8 inch rims for both the Z4 and the 3 series they should fit just fine. The front tires are stock size and the rear tire are about a 1/5 of an inch smaller in dia than stock. No problem there. You can run up to 265's on the rear with the proper rims without any issues.
