Tire foam

Hello! i would like to know which tire foam is best for fixing a puncture. There are some types of foam that will not destroy the tire and can later be removed by the tire fitters.

Nope - it does not damage the tire. Some shops will claim that a puncture cannot be fixed if you use a can. That is BS - any good tire place will be able to repair a puncture.

Provided the puncture is less than 1/4" in diameter as I learned over the past couple of weeks.

I've used Slime in my motorcyles with good success, but i would only consider these as a temporary fix until you can get the tire patched. Some claim that it thows off the balance of the tire, but i never expirenced any problems, and make sure you let the tire changer know or he will get Slimed when he removes the tire

I carry a container of Slime (Sometimes Called Green Slime) but it is a last resort and I understand that it can fowl the new TPS.

To add. The only time you can't fix a flat is if the puncture is in the sidewall.

I'm basically screwed if I get a flat..Eagle F1 GS-D3, anyone know if there's any temp fix in a can that'll work for speed rated meat??
