Is the court going to disregard the fact you were wearing them or go along with your argument that they make sounds you need to hear clearer?
Or use the fact you were wearing headphones to make your sentence heavier?

Once the "Cosmetics Chest" is loaded into the boot, you will have just enough room left over for a pair of shorts and socks.
Plus an 'early start' aka 'Arse in Seat' will never be before Noon (ie Just in time to find a place for lunch.)
Touring with The Wife has no resemblance to Touring with the Girlfriend. just sayin'
