Tints advice please!

I had my last E89 tinted on sides, quarters and rear but only in light smoke 50% and it looked ok.
My newer one I haven't bothered doing as they look dark enough already (don't know if BMW used a darker tint on the later models!?) too dark looks chavy in my opinion.
 
I want mine like yours tbh...thats the perfect amount. I have a 13 plate facelift model and it doesnt look anything like yours!
 
Also having the rear window tinted makes everything look darker as there is hardly any light coming in to light up the cabin.

I think just tinting the rear window is enough to make the rest look more tinted without looking chavtastic
 
Bear in mind that if you are involved in an accident and have tints on the front, depending on the circs, night time emerging from junction etc, your insurance company might be able to wriggle out of paying out as adding to the factory tints would almost certainly take them over the legal limit. They look good though!
 
I'm pretty sure my car has no "factory" tints or if it does its so faint you can't even tell...

I have a 2012 3 series as well and you can clearly see the factory tints on that.

I'll post a pic later and you guys can judge..
