Tinting windows

With all this bright winter sunshine driving can be a bit hazardous, ie at a junction with the suns glare right in your face pulling out into the traffic can be literally hit or miss, even with my Serengeti driving glasses on so I decided to get the windows tinted. Maximum on the rear and rear side glass with driver and passenger doors the max allowed by law, 70 percent light must pass through the tint on the front door glass. Job was done yesterday, cost was £180 and took almost seven hours to complete, a lot of the interior trim had to be removed to get to the glass to achieve as professional job as possible. I am very pleased with results. Some pics to show the end result.

Looks good. I considered this on mine but felt it would end up looking like batman's car! On yours tho looks kinda cool... 8)

Reason for doing it, bright winter sun which seems more intense than summertime today nothing but fog, oh well. Know what you mean Maniac about the Batman look, but THE BATMAN IS COOL, so my grandson tells me. :)

Out of interest what effect do we think it would have on the common issue of the windows chattering on the rubber window seals in the cold? Improve or make worse?

I was tempted to get mine done.. but looks ridiculous when the roof is down unless you always Have windows down when topless
