Part of makeing it MINE, so to speak.
I know all the arguments about rear end me faster blah blah .... :o

I know I can revert if it does become a problem, and I know old people like me cant see tho I have 20/20. Up theirs and all that.
Surprisingly everyone in my world says it fits the color and dammed the haters.
For those of you that think it over dims the lights, I followed the wife driving my car (In daylight) and only a blind person cant see them lit up when brakes, turn signals and reverse are active.

Up early in the morning and done by mid afternoon.

Hate posts/arguments may commence.

I have mine blacked front and rear and in my opinion looks great against the yellow paint job so I have no issue and don't really give a f*** what others think. Why should I?

Looks good to me but regretfully plod would have something to say about it if done here.

Previous owner did it to my E86 and I havent had a problem, even gone through an MOT.

Agreed, looks ok but with the centre light still being red it looks a bit odd. Get that done and post some more pictures up for us.

No issues with the police or MOTs
I'm not expecting everyone to like it but there again I did it because I like it.
If you're happy with it that's all that matters. :)

All or nothing - now need to black out centre break light, carbon black roundel, de-badge or black Z4 badge, and black tail pipes :)

Don't mind that on a black car. ( never seen a yellow one, pics skinhead).

:)

Ok, will bang up a couple at the weekend if I get the chance.

I've used self adhesive fly eye vinyl for mine as opposed to liquid and the rear reflectors are done as well. I'm reliable advised the lights are fine for the MOT but the reflectors are a fail as they have to be seen to be red. The lights however do show their proper colour through the fly eye when illuminated.

Don't mind it at all - looks good

Used fly eye kit before worked well and no mot problems

Not my cup of tea.

But that is incidental - the news is that your whippy has grown back! Yipee! :)
