To keep this up to date:
I had an interior leak and a wet passenger footwell, so I've resealed the door skin. But in spring I'll be putting a new one on.
Spotted a leaking rocker cover gasket - so that's on order with a couple of headlight seals for the front as they're steaming up. I'll be adding these to my parts of stuff to fit along with the coolant level sensor. Going to wait for a rise in temp as it's too bloody cold to be working on cars. Nearly booked it in to have rocker cover casket done, but decided to have a crack myself.
Hopefully that will clear up all the little niggles that are getting to me and I can start collecting parts for a suspension/wheels overhaul.

Went out yesterday to attack the coolant level sensor - then realised my jack stands have disappeared :roll:
But today I cracked on with the rocker cover gasket, and got that sorted. Not much to report but the old cover was very hard to remove once all the bolts were out. The old gasket had gone all brittle.
So next up, that coolant level sensor that's been sitting on the side for months, then hopefully I can look at more interesting things to do!

Interesting read on the washer bottle/headlight washer leak. My roadster has been dumping washer fluid at biblical proportions and I've not yet been under there to see whats going on, but I did pull headlight washer Fuse 40 and its doesn't seem to be leaking anymore - despite there still being fluid in the washer bottle.

There is also some wheel place in Colchester doing a deal at the moment, all 4 wheels refurbed for £200. That was advertised on FB.
I'm part of his group, what's holding me back at the moment is storage space, as I want to keep the old wheels (if I don't go for the same). Or if I buy more 108's they'll be stored until I can afford to get some decent rubber on them.

Good news is that it's a common colour and an easy panel to change.
Bad news is, I just sold the one I had.
Suggest you stick a wanted ad on here as, like me, a few people gauge whether a breaker is worth buying on whether they can secure a few 'pre-sales'.

I did think of the one you’re breaking as soon as it happened. Paintless dent removal guy reckons he can have it looking good as new. I wonder if that’s a bit optimistic though
