Time to Step Down as a Mod

It's 6 months since I took on the F Type and at the same time I have become incredibly busy in what I can only describe as a 'big job' managing billions in assets across Europe.

So having spent 10 years with the Zed and almost as long on the forum and as a mod., it's time for me to step aside and hand onto someone else.

I've really enjoyed it, you're an easy crowd to work and I have many friends on the forum, so I'll hang around, being happy to chip in with advice, so can't get rid of me too easily :roll:

Sorry to hear that OP but I suppose if you don't have one it makes sense, and it must take up loads of time!

For you guys who are recent members, Phil was the original modder. If you’re thinking about doing something to your Z4, he probably did it ten years ago...clear headlights, xenon conversion, quad exhaust, rear diffuser, side skirts, M seats, door cards, shift paddles, and many others I can’t remember.

Thanks for all your help and contributions over the years I’ve been on the forum Phil, and for patiently correcting my errors - you need to pop in occasionally to keep doing that :lol:
 
Good luck Phil, although I know you're going to enjoy your F-Type, a family member got a V6 s/c convertible this summer and I'm very impressed with it :thumbsup:
 
Enjoy your F-Type Phil, I sat in it at Zedfest and rev'd it - can only image what its like to drive the beast :driving:

I'm, saddened that your leaving as one of the forum Mods'.
However, I'm humbled to also know you personally Phil.. And your always a busy bee, with one thing & another..

Your wealth and plethora of knowledge & wisdom, as well as positive guidance and fair but straight talking - will sorely be missed on here..
 
I have been a member here for 7 yrs and I have always found your comments constructive and well reasoned.

It's been nice to meet you on a few occasions on meets over the years. I think you've been an excellent moderator for the Forum. Whilst we might not see eye-to-eye on Brexit and the charms of the F-Type I'll be personally sorry to see you step down. Best wishes and good luck with the car & the job, Steve.
 
Thanks everyone for the kind words and thoughts. As I said I’ve made many friends and I’ll be around, but just not devoting so much time on here..
 
Time to spend a little free time with your other girlfriend aye. :driving: No worries she's a beauty Phil, enjoy that gorgeous F-type and don't ever over do the day job. :wink:

Thanks for the last 10 years efforts, must be about that long ago since we started talking about the red M seats. Have fun with the F type and take it along next time you pop down to civilisation. :thumbsup:
