Imminent arrival of my second child has really forced my hand on this one.

Im having to put her up for sale. Its not a money thing so im not going to rush into the sale, equally im not going to get too emotional and be unrealistic.

Its been a while since i have been on here and i havent really been studying the market. So really reaching out to you guys to help me set the right asking price.

Sounds lovely and a great colour too, my favourite :)

I wouldn't think you'd be out of the way price wise around the £16K mark to sell?

What do you think guys?

have added a link top some old pics but will add up to date ones when i get time.

will clean it up to get some A1 pics for the sale

after studying the Zc market in great depth the last 6/8 weeks i would go at £15250 classified ad on ebay / pistonheads
you do want to sell but don't want to give so sit back & see what happen's  just no point in asking for more than similar vehicles ? waste of your time & money
what will be the replacement ? 8)

Car looks great on the black rims... really tough. Hope you get what you want when you sell!

Thanks guys

THe replacement is likely to take the shape of a vw california and a commute wagon (maybe a civic 2.2cdti).... ill be gutted to part with the Z but the camper will be the ideal break from the 9-5

I had mines on @ 17k , with similar spec to yours . I had plenty offers but few fell through and few tried to cut me down .

My cars milage is 35k , to give yo a rough idea .

I've very interested in getting my CSLs done in black can you give any more info mate ? What finish satin or gloss ?

Any other pics of wheels would be great .

I have been looking for a couple of months and studying the market, for what it is worth I think £17k is high for a car of that mileage (see forums for much discussion of significance of mileage but it does seem to be a big influence on price). The price of auc cars at dealers and cars at specialists (many with some kind of warrenty) seem to have dropped to 17ish. A couple of months ago cars at £20ish were not unusual.

I think it really depends on how many cars are for sale at the time and how many buyers. there are relatively few cars around so a few appearing on the market around the same time can make a difference. Economic conditions can't be helping and it won't be long to winter and it is not only roadsters prices that are seasonal.

I Believe in the current market 15k would be a good price seeing I sold my Imola M Coupe with only a few thousand miles more 62k for sub 15k but that was the price to sell. Now if you’re not rushed to sell maybe more but buyers get quite twitchy if they see a car for sale for months so bit of a game of chance. It’s a stunning car you have so am sure you get a good price

The best thing is when you plan to sell , price to sell advertising hoping someone will wonder buy and pay top dollar just does not seem to happening anymore. I honestly believe you’re be accepting a price with the number 14 in the front.... :( in the "current market" which can change on a 6 pence

Probably an advertised 15250 and an offer accepted somewhere high 14's.
The mileage isnt 'high', but a lot of prospective buyers will think short term ownership. They want to start with a low miles car (20 something)and then a quick sell at the end with only a few more miles added.

As above, around the £15k mark would be about right, but that shouldnt stop you advertising at, say £15,500 to start off

Mine sold at £16k with CSL's, warranty and 28k, a good price but enabled me to move into what I was after quickly. If no rush to sell just see how you go.
