Please believe me Simon_P. I never posted with the intention of trying to get under your skin. Vigorous debate and point counter point doesn't tend to get me upset. Maybe it was the way I said it. As I'm not the most eloquent speaker.

However. What you posted looked to me as a ridged uncompromising "Either or" statement. There are in reality, shades of grey. So I merely used the car analogy & car&driver test data to try and make a point about cost vs. performance on the street.

Fortuntely however. The male of the human species while sometimes quick to anger. Will just as quickly after having a fight. Get up off the floor and buy each other a beer. So. First round is on me. Fair enough?
