time for an upgrade?

so i've spent the last month adding mod after mod to the list of things i want to do to my 3.0i, when it hit me. why dont i just trade up for an M\\\? i will most likely same money in the end from this anyways.

so just out of probing curiosity what are the differences in price right now, running costs, and insurance?

whats the market like right now as well, i know we're headed towards winter, and if convertibles are anything like motorcycles they are going to sit around for a while during the cold
 
It will cost more to run but those of us who have trodden this path have not regretted the decision. Owning an 'M' is a smile inducing experience and if you can afford it then go for it. But you'd have been better doing that before you spent a load of $$$s modding :poke:
