Time for a change

Well, I've just bought a new car.

The Z4 is nine years old and is suffering from old age. I spent quite a bit on it at the start of the year to get it through it's MOT and to make sure that it will take us on a 2500mile European driving holiday which it did without missing a beat.

But, it's time to move on so I traded in the Z4 and a 56 plate Mondeo ST TDCI for a 320d Highline Convertible.

Yes I know it hasn't got the poke of the Z4, but it gives me the best of both worlds. Space for four people and a drop top.

Will I miss the Z4? ummmm...nope.
 
3 series convertibles are very nice cars. SWMBO has a 318ic. Decent amount of room in the back for a coupe as well.
 
bugger all boot space though when the roof is down

think i'd struggle to get a dominos pizza in the boot :rofl:

It must be mahoosive if you can get a coupe in the back! :?

Sorry not a fan of the 3 series in general - even though I have one (compact) I cant get past the fact everybody has one.

Add on to the fact its a convertible and its a big :thumbsdown: for me.

However, if thats what you like then :thumbsup:
