Throttle adaption reset?

One of my first ever posts, way back in 2007 :D

So just key in, turn to position 2, leave like so for 15 secs, turn key to off position, leave for 15, then start?


No touching the throttle pedal like some other BMW models? Does it alert you somehow to the fact you've reset it or not?

Nope, I don't believe there is any notification, and no you don't touch the throttle
 
Will try it tomorrow. Car feels a bit sluggish when not in sport (I know thats normal, to an extent) , and majority of my driving is town and fairly slow. Plus its on 70k miles now so maybe it'll inject some life back in.
