Thrilled Z4 owner (with pictures!)‏

Good morning all

Well, what a weekend! 5am train to Newcastle to collect our new car - and what a cracker it is!!

Bought from Phil (Gremlin), it is the straightest, most pristine 11 year old car I have ever seen!

- 2.5 SMG
- 23,000 miles
- Buisness nav
- Premium sound system (amazing!)
- Cruise control
- Parking sensors
- Electric folding mirrors
- Heated seats

It is quite remarkable just how good condition this is in, drives and smells like new. Testament to Phil and the previous owners care and attention.

We are planning a 2000 mile, 3 week road trip around Scotland for our honeymoon in September so there will be PLENTY of scenic photos to come!

For now, here are a couple from the first trip out to Corbridge before the trip back home to London.

Worth travelling for the right Zed Alister - nice one - low mileage too.

Shame it wasn't the weekend you could have joined us on the North East hoon!

Welcome to the Forum.

:driving:

Looks excellent, A few tasty mods allready done as well so that will save you alot of time and money :)

Thanks for all the comments guys,

No mods planned actually. I love what subtle ones have already been completed so looking to keep it as original as possible.

The only thing I was potentially thinking of was the luggage racks in case we want to trip out to the Alpes skiing, can't help but feel they detract from the look of the car though.. I have seen other non-permanent solutions but the best one seems to be shipped from the US!

Very nice. Congrats on the purchase and welcome to the forum!

If you want to keep it looking original you will need to sell me your rear lights ASAP! :D

You can have mine for free!! They're the same as yours but instead of that horrible white circle in the middle they have a lovely big orange one
