Why was the recent thread titled "price guide help please" in E89 discussion locked by the mods?

There was no argument or animosity (certainly nothing like the "other thread"). No-one even mentioned Meghan Markle's name!

Because, like most of the ‘what’s it worth’ threads, it ended up as a ‘for sale’ thread with the OP inviting enquiries to his contact details.

Aside from being the rules that for sale posts should have a price, the OP actually might get more views in the correct forum, as someone looking to buy would maybe not look in the E89 section.
 
OK, fair enough. Mike; your avatar is quite unnerving and may give me nightmares. :cry:
