I has a very slightly rattly VANOS which I know, under my driving style at least, is only going to worsen over time.
Getting clued up on how to rebuild but should I?
Or leave it to the experts in case I fk it up, like the blinkin T40 bolt on the DISA which I now have to cut into to use flathead screwdriver to remove.....drrrrr.

It doesn't work on my macbook with chrome, Chris. The only youtube embed that seems to work across all the browsers is to just add the end characters - after the "v=" (and before any "&" if those exist)
