Thoughts on new rear lights

Need to see a mock up of the whole rear end to judge that one right.

Probably none, though silver looks okish in the close up.

I think they look better with no trim.

The problem with having no trim on is that you can see the 2 small circular indents on each rear light, where the trim is meant to be.

This makes it look like you're missing something, therefore it's better to keep the trim on.

No trim definitely
I have to admit I am a bit biased though, I've run exactly the same lights on mine like that for years now.

I had the exact same quandary when I got my US-spec lights like yours; I tried without the french fry for a week or two but it just looked too odd to me. I actually like the way it breaks up red of the unit, so ended up refitting mine. Titan silver too!

Always annoys me that I didn't take this pic square on and centred :|

Silver its part of the original design as said above i think the pre facelift lights look much more aggressive and would never change them

Fair enough, each to thier own. I think no paint then looks more asgressive (as you put it :? ) , though the silver looks more sophisticated. depending on which group you belong to. :driving:
Car looks smick either way mate.

Here’s a mock up of the updates and different looks with /without the French fries.
