So I've gone for spraying just the one yellow for now. Thanks for all the feedback and info, it's really helpful to get everyone's take on it and it seems very split down the middle! So far im happy with the yellow, but I'm going to live with it for a couple of weeks to see if it grinds me down or not!

Must admit I do like red, I'd have done the anti-rattle clips silver though.

Looks good! I've been considering yellow as well to go with my gray wrap. Let us know how it wears (brake dust wise)

So what paint and how easy is it to do?

I've used etech caliper paint. It's really easy! But I'm going to take the rattle clips off next weekend and spray those all silver. There's some great YouTube tutorials on how to do it, I basically tired a shopping bag around the disc and covered the whole wheel arch in newspaper to make sure I didn't paint anything I didn't want to! I'm happy with it now so the other three will be done next weekend
