Just swapped out wheels for the winter.
I want to give the turbine wheels a deep cleaning to take off what looks like heavy clumping on the inner side of what Im guessing is tar specs from the road once i cleared off all the brake dust. What are some ideas to get this tough stuff off without damage to the wheels? There's also light specs of black on the outer side as well. I was able to find quite a bit of topics on dust cleaning issue and even found a thread on another forum that mentioned degreasers but thought I'd get other opinions too
