Thornfalcon classic car meet. Taunton Somerset

Dav the wheel nut

Weather is looking good for Sunday so why not pop to this event. linky
There are over 1000 cars on show.
This is a meet rather than a show so your car does not have to be mint to attend.
It's all very laid back just drive in, park up, have a look round and meet some like minded people. You can arrive and leave when you like and its free.
I'll be there if you want to here what a back box delete sounds like

Have been up to this a few times. Very good meet. The marshals are smarter than your average Bear and generaly manage to group all the cars realy well. Alas have other things planned for Sunday. :)

Highly recommended, loads of cars and usually plenty of variety from classics to modified, sports and the odd supercar.
I'l probably be there (unless it p****** down)

I think 4 of the Bristol Zeds are going to conclude our breakfast run at this Meet tomorrow.

07:30 start from Bath, via Cheddar, Glastonbury, then onto the Meet after a good hearty breakfast. :driving:

We'll see you there whoever's going ?

The boys eventually got to this event and wow, what a display !

Everything from a Vauxhall Viva, to Ford Cosworths, Caterhams and even lovely Honda NSX's. Almost any car you could imagine was there. which brought back nostalgic memories - especially the Morris Marina Coupe !!!

Z4 representation from Zedwheels with his Alpina and Dav-the-wheel-nut's was there too.

I think our official photographer (Phill45110) will be posting the evidence shortly....

Thoroughly enjoyed it.

About 1250 cars to suit all taste, blistering sunshine, what a great day! Fav cars of the day? A Triumph 1300 special the guy rolled, formed and polished the alloy body stunning work of art, and a Frazer Nash BMW 8)

Seriously. Both yours and Dav-the-Wheel-nuts Zeds looked in tip-top condition. Well done.
