Great work their Steve,
will have to pick your brain at silverstone still cant get mine to
sit flush after refitting twice, i must be doing something wrong

Are you talking about the skirts? I didn't trim anything and we didn't when we did PVR's either.
No Steve, i havn't trim anything, just need some hands on input to see
if anyone can shed some light on what the problem might be so i can fix it.

I have exactly the same problem with mine, in fact it's also the driver's side... I've never got around to adjusting it. It feels like a missing or unengaged clip, but I'd be interested to hear your solution.

I had the same problem on mine... only noticed when the door was open, and the gap visible.

I wacked it with a rubber hammer, with a cloth wrapped block of wood against the skirt which sorted it!

However reading PVR's guide it really should have been fitted with 2 people levering the skirt on.

Steve - did your holders go back in without any issue? I did this mod the other day and one of the metal clips on my holders is not missing and the holder wont stay in place any more....!

Did you see my post a while back on what the clip shape should look like to make sure a perfect flush fit again? When removing, you distort the clip so you have to bend it into place before pushing it back in.

Ohhhhh. Lovely job that. They really are a great mod.

If I don't stop buying things I'm going to end up bankrupt though.

We'll park them so that's hidden :D

Anyone fancy a run to the Cotswolds to help me fit mine? I'm coming over all lazy and thinking I'll just get them fitted by the body shop

Stuart, they are really easy to fit, and you will have the satisfaction you have fitted yourself.

x2 - grab Paza and get him to help. It really doesn't take long, as you can do what srhutch did and take the old ones off yourself first

Back home now. Enjoyed the stay, nice city. Crazy traffic and drivers though!! Do you use BA out of Heathrow?
Yes, the 0850 flight each time. Warm enough here for you? :)
