This weekend (a few pictures)

Yep it was Russ that PMed me i should get this one done this week. I can then send it to Russ for him to do his magic. I dont want to be without the spoiler to long as i have made it i want it on my car. So if you want one please say and if there is not enough interest Russ and i wont have to worry about it.

As for the corner splitters my bumper is non standard so i am not sure how they would fit???

I promise more pictures in the morning. But I am hard at work I think I have a winner with the splitters.
Thanks Si but I really do enjoy the pain in the bum that comes with making it all!!

And my ducks but is having a good seeing too!!
 
I dont know what would be the cost of the spoiler, but if reasonable then I'll definately take one, if not reasonable but even cheap then I can contribute by buying two :-P

I have no idea what they would cost. Probably more than it has cost me thus far about £35 but my time is free to me!
 
Ok.. anyways - I'll definately take one, and if there will be a problem with getting 10 ppl (which I doubt) then I'll probably will take another one for a friend

So i was busy again last night. I have the fit a lot better still a wee bit more work to do. And i have the shape i want it needs filling and smoothing more. If Mrs Monkey dose not mind i will be playing again tonight.

Also think i am happy with my new corner splitters. They are a bit thicker and made from polycarbonate witch is quite impact resistant and quite strong so they wont deflect.

I have just Realized i have shoot myself in foot!!! I make these bits for my car in the hope mine will be the only one like it!! Now we are planing to make these spoilers :headbang: :headbang: :rofl:
 
Wouldn't the splitters look better rounded off, they're a bit angular? And maybe a little shallower on the corners? :scratchhead:
 
They are not fixed on Steve and the e85 is quite an angular car. The good thing is i can fit them and change them as much as i like as long as i make them smaller.
 
Yeh I know they're not fixed yet. I like em but maybe a bit smaller would look more subtle!? :?
 
Its not just a visual mod buddy. I am hopping they will create more bit on turn in??????

Yeah they might be a bit on the big side!!
 
So i had another night sand sand sanding. I am nearly there i think the fit is so close on the top. And i just need to sand it back a bit more to follow the middle brake light. O an get rid of any pin holes and rough bits.

Russ i will PM you latter to find out what is needed from me and if its possible to make these :thumbsup:

Not sure yet I am going to wait until the final product is done. As my car is to be fully resprayed it will be blended in and painted but with a small twist as i really would like to keep some black on there.
I have the rear aero bumper mat black at the moment as well as the bar between the fangs on the front bumper and the grills. They will be going gloss black and i will mask up and keep some black in the duck tail.

Could always blend the silver into the duck tail.. so it wont be fully black, but the very tip will have a bit of black colour still.
