A TT owner, what more is there to know.

(Did some one mention sarcasm) :D
No mate, its a haircutters car, remember Top Gear
Bunch of hair dressing sissys.
I just don't know how people can allow themselves to be seen driving such vehicles. :hairdryer:

We only drive proper man's cars around here.

I sold my Z4 over 5 years ago but I still dip in & out of this forum as I think there's a good mix of informative info & banter, I don't post nearly as much as I used to but when I did I always got useful feedback & help - sometimes the topic's were not even car related.

I've been in car clubs and on Forums for too many years to remember.,,
i think this is probably the best forum i have even been on...
I have a TTS and am a memeber of the TT forum which is nowhere near as good as this imo..
I am a member of the Imp club and forum.....excellent
i am a member of The TR Register and their forum.....excellent
I am a member of OLd SkoolFord....excellent
I am a founder member of Somerset Triumphs...and we have several Stag owners......excellent club
I have been a Triumph owner for 40 years....i have had the same TR6 all that time, ive owned Spitfires, GT6 and 2 Stags..
and i have to say after those 40 years of attending car shows ...there is nothing more snooty and stand offish than a Triumph Stag meeting or a gaggle of Stag owners ... :D
Welcome to the forum:
Mike

Been a member for many years even though I no longer own a zed - best car forum by far which is why I stay :D

Yes a few wallies , a fair bit of sarcasm and a lot of banter but always entertaining and there's always someone to help with problems - although I didn't get many problems when I had my E85 - mind you in 8 years of ownership I only took it out of the garage twice

Second time was when you sold it I believe

............. I have found that some members on this Forum are quite cold in their attitude. Seems they don't like to reply for the help sought and a bit sarcastic and cheeky. ..........

I've found members on this forum to be fantastically helpful so contribute when I can. But some member's responses can depend on the questioners efforts to search the forum / google / RealOEM themselves first. Most topics have been covered before but the forum search function isn't the best TBH. You can search the forum more effectively by typing site:Z4-forum.com in google, followed by the search term you are after, this restricts google's results to pages within that site only. Using "quotation" marks around a word or phrase forces google to only give results that contain that exact term. Combined it can save a lot of effort

Example, site:Z4-forum.com "test" battery voltage will give google results only from the forum, that refer to battery OR voltage but definitely contains the word "test"

I hope this helps 8)

Thanks Ewazix, thats what I really want. I have been scouring the forum search option for the info I require but to no avail. Wasted a lot of time, hence my posting on the forum as a last resort.
Rgds,

What’s the difference between an owners club and a forum???

Beards.

Bearded weirdos who know the whole development and history of the torque settings for every nut and bolt on their car that has so many parts changed that it'd put Triggers Broom to shame!

Bards.

Strange people that have a supernatural ability to wax lyrical about anything connected (or disconnected) or remotely related to a particular marque :P
