This DAS 6 Pro plus kit any good ?

Hi all

Anybody bought from this place?
Seems really good value ...

Looks like a rebranded DAS6 Pro Plus

Well the ad says it's a DAS 6 PRO so you would hope it's genuine.
I have a DAS 6 Pro and have been very pleased with it, you just need the right pads and compound to suit the paint you are correcting.
The megs 105 & 205 are good for hard BMW lacquer. So that kit looks ideal

Thanks guys for all your help :)

After reading up and YouTubing I’m still a bit of a numpty!

Looking into my garage I have 50cal cover up glaze, autosmart topaz polish, Meguiars ultimate compound ...all these bought and not used after googling..

I’m thinking of just getting the DAS 6 Pro, then a few pads (which I think I got my head around, a orange hex pad for correction with ultimate compound and say white pad for polishing)

Do I need a wax on top of all this stuff I have already ? Or cheaper just buy a kit with pads and polish products as a pack still? Like in this link ...

Also do I need separate pad for say 50cal, and the topaz stuff or the wax ? Or clean out the pads between different applications?

Sorry about all the questions!

Been doing my own reading about this, and have come up with the following:

Microfibre pads work well with BMW paint, but need to be cleaned out regularly. This can be done with a brush designed for the job or an air compressor. I'm personally looking at getting the Megs Microfibre kit for myself soon, then topping it off with a glaze of some form or just going straight for a sealant such as Autogylm Extra Gloss.

Gtechniq C2 looks very good as a sealant option too, and very easy. Currently using CarPro HydrO2 lite which is a similar sort of thing, and it's the easiest application I've ever had on a sealant. Lasts a long time too!

Just bought this kit from cleanyourcar, hoping to have a go with it this week but it has good reviews.

Bought a similar kit with the Megs 105 and 205 with Chemical Guys hex pads. Just waiting for the time and nerve to give it a try.

I have that megs kit too. How far do the bottles go? Enough to cut an Audi TT with a few light scratches and shimmer?

Just purchased myself one of these DAS6 Pro's today from Cleanyourcar and with a little search on the tinterweb you can get £15 off which includes any of the package bundles too. Seemed like an offer too good to pass. I've probably missed the weather for it now like
