Third Stop Lamp

Hi,
any one had this - the third stop lamp (centre brake light) is coming out, the bolts holding it in are all tight, is this knackered or fixable?

The brake light is actually held in by spring tension, there are about 4 compressed springs inside the nut of the retaining bolts, try replacing the springs, or seeing if one is broken.

...or even uncompress them a little?
