Thinking of upgrading my wheels

Hi Chaps,
I've been thinking about getting new wheels for my Z4 for a while and I've found a set of MV3's with plenty of tread and in good nick - two have been refurbed.
The tyres are not run-flats which I'm keen to try but the two rears have had punctures which have been repaired they're are Dunlop SP9000's with 7mm tread left
I'm not sure whether I should let this put me off or not, any advice?
Seems to be a good price but I have got to justify it to my wife too so don't want to take a big risk - I'd hate to put her and myself out on risky wheels.
Also does anyone have experience of moving to 18" non-rft's from 16" rft's? Will I negate any ride-comfort gained by moving to non-rft's by moving to bigger rims?
Your advice will be very useful as I have no real idea about these things!

Thanks,
Matt

Are they the cheap ones on ebay where the seller has 87.5% feedback?

They look like a good deal, I'd try to get a bit more off if you can. Re you q about ride comfort, yes there will be a difference and the ride will feel firmer but thats a price you have to pay for having lower profile tyres. :)

If you decide to go for it and post pics!

They were on eBay the other day but not now. however they're cheaper than the one's I can see at the moment. Spoken to a few tyre people and they reckon tyre's will be fine. Providing the punctures were on the tread and not in the outer 1/3 of the tyre. now i'm just trying to weigh up the pros/cons to justify getting all that cash out of the machine. :?
