Thinking of selling clear headlight bits

I've been collecting bits to make a clear headlight project, but am now thinking of selling up.Does anyone know how much the clear hockeysticks are worth or would it better to sell the whole units (one halogen with black inner, one xenon with silver inner and no ballast). Other option is do the cut and shut with a pair of xenons that i have and sell as complete units?! Ideas welcome!

If you decide to split the h/lights, i will buy the drivers side chrome light reflector if it is in good condition.

OP - I'd say your lights would be worth c.£300

Better to sell the whole units and save yourself the effort of removing the clear hockey sticks. The conversion will take you about a day from start to finish inc the sealant drying....

+1

Your time is worth money! If you are not using them for yourself then i would just sell them as they are... seems to be a lot of interest on here!

Some good points. Basically I had xenons on as standard and decided to open the lights, tint the hockey sticks and reflectors black and polish lenses. I completely fubarred the lenses so bought aftermarket angels with hids instead. In the meantime I also sourced sone clear h/stick whole units. My dilemma is 1) Do i cut up the sourced units and replace lenses on my modified oem xenons (selling the clear hockey sticks and other bits) or just sell the whole sourced units and also sell my xenons with the wrecked lenses.
Plus what are the clear hockey sticks worth on their own, couple of hundred? ( the units are costly to buy and then my time on top)

Many Thanks!

FYI

The cheapest price for a clear set of brand new OEM halogens is £730 (sopers quote)

Xenons are near three times that price
