Well, I've been in therapy and have persuaded myself that to spend double my car's value trading up to a facelift model is ridiculous, I may as well spend a small amount tarting up my own car and then save for something radically different in the future (hopefully after I buy a house!)
First Question
This link has confused me slightly though
http://www.powerflex.co.uk/products/Z4+(E85)-1203/1.html
The diagram has four sets of bushes labelled but shows a total of six sets of bushes, what are the bushes on the right hand side (rear suspension) that aren't labelled? Are they just not available as Powerflex or are they actually separate parts?
The reason I'm starting to look at Powerflex is that the car is starting to feel ever so slightly looser, for example, when applying the brakes while manoeuvring with the steering on a half lock I can actually feel the wheel tug in a way that suggests something is slightly loose.
Second Question
Has anyone tried setting their rear camber at a less aggressive stance, particularly when the car has Eibachs on? My car is running at about -2.4 if I recall correctly, it's all within tolerance, but the inside rear edges of the last set of tyres was worn quite quickly. Was thinking of trying a different geometry setup if anyone has any hints? It will be even more relevant when I get my wider Ellipsoids as I imagine this will make the inside wear even more noticeable!
