Thinking of buying a new 911?

Saw this yest and been following his progress over the last few months. Funny vid, his situation not so funny.
 
Did anyone else shout "door membrane" when it was raining...

Seriously though, that's a real shame, he's obviously got a lemon, haven't been on the 991 forums, but probably one of the unlucky 0.00001% with a gremlin stocked car.
 
Hoping that it's not a reflection of porsche quality in the cost cutting age with this generation model...

991's are now dipping below £60k, sure to be a bargain when they hit the £50k mark.
 
You will have lemons with any cars, some of the AM DB9 cars that were released were too shocking to believe. My understanding from the Porsche factory building method is that a worker is "walking" with the car, ie does most of the actions on a single car rather than before where they would do the same action on a different car each time.

Touch wood I will be lucky with mine and have one which is build by someone who was fully trained ...
